Sample Summer Menus

A standard meal prep service includes three dinners. Dinners include an entrée and sides, and typically serve four people. Snacks and desserts may be added, for an additional fee. You may choose from the suggestions below, or I can create curated menus, designed specifically for you.

Meat Entrées

Marinated Flank Steak with Chimichurri Salsa

served with baby red potato, salad & grilled asparagus

Taco Bar

carnitas or chicken tacos, served with pickled red onion, pico de gallo, avocado crema, and lime. Sides include cilantro rice and corn salad

Harissa Spiced Chicken Pitas

served in homemade flatbreads with a halal white sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, red onion & romaine

Sichuan Chicken Salad

served with cucumber, scallion & chopped peanuts over a bed of mixed greens

Pork Laab (Thai Salad)

served with gem lettuce and coconut rice

Tangy Shrimp with Udon Noodles

served in a citrus, red curry sauce with julienned peppers, carrots & scallion

Grilled Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis

served over roasted peppers and fennel, with lemon broccoli & steamed baby potatoes

Southern Style Shrimp & Grits

served with jalapeno cheddar grits in a zippy southern red sauce

Vegetarian

Chipotle Black Bean Burgers

served with roasted sweet potato “fries” & green salad with a cumin lime vinaigrette

Tomato, Goat Cheese & Zucchini Tart

served with a salad of arugula, parmesan & lemon vinaigrette

Pasta Primavera

served in a pesto infused broth, tossed with a mix of fresh summer vegetables & topped with fresh herbs and parmesan
